Shipment Time
Orders will ship within 3-4 business days of the date of purchase or 3-5 weeks if item is on pre-order or personalized. Please email us at contact@daniellelaraque.com if you would like your order to be expedited. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with tracking information.

International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Please contact your delivery carrier to file a claim for lost items. LARAQUE is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. Shipment delays do not quality for refunds.

Returns/Exchange

Our brand wants you to feel as beautiful and comfortable as possible so we do allow exchanges. At this time, we do not offer refunds. Please email contact@daniellelaraque.com or fill out this form if you would like to make an exchange, have received faulty merchandise, and for any other questions and concerns that you may have. Please include your order number in the subject.

Exchanges will be accepted for 72 hours after your order is delivered. Please keep in mind that in order to make an exchange, the clothing must still have its tags and labels attached and that return shipping is at the customer's expense.
